Businesses hire coaches to help them too. However, it’s usually after they realize the business is in trouble and they need help to stay open.

EVERYONE needs a Coach.

We all think we know what to do and what not to do.

The hard part is consistently taking action on our knowledge or filtering out all of the distractions that prevent us from doing the most important things consistently that will move us towards our long term goals.

More is NOT better. Better is better. You have a coach, and that coach is your filter. Your coaches are here to tell you what’s optimal, not what’s minimal.

Most people think too small. Most of your friends and family will rarely push you from our comfort zone.

A coach is supposed to appropriately push you, not make you feel comfortable.

Setting goals with your coach should be slightly uncomfortable, and their job is to help you reach those realistic goals you’ve set.
